Frequently Asked Questions:
1. What if none of your dates or hours suit me?
If you are interested in one of our courses, simply write to us. Send us some information about the days and hours that would suit you and we’ll see what we can do.
2. When and how much should I pay?
The payment is made based on the bill you get from us – via bank transfer at the beginning of the month for all the classes that are to take place in that month. If you resign from the lessons, we will refund you $$$ for all the lessons you didn’t attend.
3. Can I resign from the course? What is the notice period?
We don’t like to force anyone to do anything. If you don’t like our classes, you can resign at any time.
4. How can I sign up for a course?
Call us or write to us. You will get an email from us with all the details and our bank account number. To sign up for a course, please make a deposit of 50zł to book a spot – this deposit will be deducted from your first bill.
5. What about the contract?
Write to us and we will send it to you via email so you can read it. The paper contract will be signed in the first week of classes.
